Working together

First, a conversation.

Every relationship starts with an intro call — a chance to see if vision, sound and motivation align. If they do, here's what we can build together.

Step one

A 20-minute call. Free. No pitch.

We talk about where you are, where you want to go, the music and the people behind it.

We're not interested in scale — only in fit. If visions, sound and motivation align, we keep going. Open to anyone, at any stage.

Advisory

Building the foundation.

Patient, written work — framed around a clear scope. Some artists start small with feedback on a single release. Others come to us for full management, over years.

01A few weeks

Release Feedback

A focused look at an upcoming release — positioning, rollout, creative direction. Written feedback you can act on.

02A short sprint

Brand Development

Work on identity, positioning and content. Ends with a clear document you can execute against for the next twelve months.

03A full quarter

Artist Development

Deep work across brand, positioning and live strategy, with network introductions where relevant. A real roadmap at the end.

04Long horizon

Artist Management

Long-haul partnership — day-to-day representation, booking coordination, career building. A small number of artists at any one time.

Live & touring

When it's time to play.

The hands-on side — designing the show, directing the room, and getting the artist from A to B in one piece.

05Show design

Live Entertainment Development

Building an artist's live identity from the ground up — show concept, set design, light and visual direction, technical brief. The story the audience walks away with.

06On the night

Live Director

On-the-ground direction for headlining moments — show flow, technical coordination with venue and crew, working with the artist on stage craft and energy.

07Tour-long

Tour Management

End-to-end logistics for tours and runs — routing, advancing, travel, hospitality, day-of operations. The boring-but-essential stuff that lets the music breathe.

Coming up

More on the way.

We're quietly building out three more areas — social media marketing, an in-house label arm, and music publishing.

Properly, in time. If any of those fit what you're working on, tell us on the intro call — we'd rather start the conversation early than miss the right relationship.

Frequently asked

A few things people ask.

Do you only work with electronic artists?

No. Our current roster skews electronic, but we work across genres whenever the fit is honest and the music speaks to us.

Do you travel?

Yes. Sessions are remote by default, with in-person meetings in Berlin and across Europe around major industry weeks (ADE, Reeperbahn, IMS, MW:M).

Are contracts required?

Yes, for every engagement. Always short, plain-language agreements — nothing buried.

Can I just write you?

Yes — please use the contact form. We read everything.
